To meet the information needs of the Commission and interested individuals and organizations, the Tripura Commission for Women started purchasing books from its very inception for giving shape to a Library for the Commission in near future. But due to lack of infrastructural facilities like space and manpower this stream of the Commission is yet to be materialized. However, at present the Commission has a collection of nearly 1300 books covering different issues relating to women’s advancement. Besides, the collection includes important reference books like Encycnopedias , special volumes on North Eastern States, books on laws and obviously books on Women’s Studies..
